Shipping

We currently ship Concept Companion® only to addresses within the US. Shipping is free.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.

Orders of one or two items are shipped by USPS First Class Mail, typically delivered within 3-5 business days. Orders of three or more items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail, typically delivered within 1-3 business days.

Returns

You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date to receive a refund to the payment method used to purchase. You will be responsible for any return shipping cost. Please include your original packing slip with your return. We recommend you use a traceable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or missing in transit.
